Erin McCollum
Development Director
Erin McCollum is the Development Director for the EGIA Foundation. In this role, Erin oversees the strategic efforts of the Foundation’s initiatives and fosters relationships with corporations, educational institutions, foundations, and individuals to support the work required in sustaining the home service industry’s workforce for future generations.

Prior to Erin’s current role, she led initiatives that supported contractor, manufacturer, and distributor development as the Director of Contractor Services at EGIA. Additionally, Erin managed the recruitment and enrollment for a variety of private and public sector programs.

She joined EGIA from ACI (Affordable Comfort Inc.) where, as the Program Director, she provided strategic direction of programming educational content for contractors, program implementers, academics, and government officials involved in residential resource efficiency.

Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kent State University.

Lucas Ehrbar
Communications Manager
Lucas Ehrbar is the Communications Manager for the EGIA Foundation. Lucas coordinates the Foundation’s various outreach efforts, including promulgating accomplishments and announcements through the media, crafting press releases and other promotional materials, and communicating its activities to the same general public and industry stakeholders that the Foundation was created to serve.

Lucas comes to the EGIA Foundation from the Electric & Gas Industries Association, where he is the Manager of Marketing Communications. In this role, he creates both outbound and inbound marketing collateral for potential members, conceives and executes ongoing communications to current members, and produces (and is occasionally featured on) EGIA’s industry-renowned Contractor Coffee Club podcast.

Lucas has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Oregon.
